I Just finished building My knight titan. It took some time to find inspiration for the cockpit  but after some google image searches I found this...

on dakka dakka. I took some liberty on changing it up a bit due to style changes and bits on hand  but I think  I got the feel overall.

Onward to painting!

I decided to go a lot heaver on the silver this time to make him a little more interesting looking and break up all the brass

So today was a bit of a mix of hobby. I 90% finished a Devastator for the 3ed and final squad. I finished building an adeptus custodes terminator and based some of him. Also last but not least I finished building up the first 5 scouts. 

Adeptus Custodes landraider Part: III

 As i started to paint this project it struck me how much it still looked like a standard landraider and in general it was not ornamented enough. After much thought I decided to copy the shrine idea from Dave tailors army that was the inspiration for this small army in the first place but done my own way.  

This is what I came up with over the last few days of tinkering. I hope everyone likes it as much as I do.

It's finally all finished up. The silver scuff marks /edge highlights got a little harsh in places but I think he will make a fine addition to the team

 From mud man to bronze god.... ok perhaps not that far now he is far to bright and lacks interesting details.  

Not the best picture I admit but the armor has a lot more depth now. I still need to add layers to the red and paint in the details on the gun and such but this is all most done.

I decided to switch it up yet again and paint something I had not for some time.
This time I went for an Adeptus Custodes terminator. So far I have based the brass armor plates Mournfang brown and the red Khorne red. I have found a product that helps make paint cover nicely called Liquitex Flow-aid. But this time I added a little to much and it has left the paint a little on the shiny side. I am not worried about this really as the flat sealer will take that away later.
