new war boss

finished up the new boss for my orks.  He is loaded to the gills as all good bosses are mega armor, CYbork body, a combie shorcha and some stick bombs. My only problem with him is he is not as green as he could be you can see some skin on his one arm. But I feel like his mek did a nice job upgrading him.

I lost this guy into my painting shelf for a wile he was actually painted the same day I started my Big Mek as you can see he got all most the exact same treatment.

Warboss in mega armor!

This project was inspired by WarTeacher  and his excellent conversion. I never loved the warboss from the starter box. So I had intended to replace him at one point or another. This was just a little earlier then I expected. He is intended to represent cybork body mega armor a combe scorcha and attack squig. not sure how i can justify that last one but we can just assume the mek added more speed to the klaw with all thows big hydraulics.

500 points of orks all finished

After finishing the warboss yesterday I finaly have the base of my orks done. Now its on to expansion!

This officially finished my 500 points of orks.  I don't love this warboss model but it's ok and he is what I needed to build the army but at some point he will get switched out for something else I am sure.

This is what I have gotten done today just a little base coating and base work they look really terrible but most everything I paint starts like this. lets just hope I have time to get them to look at least as good as the boys before the first game of the league.

Orc warboss

I am in full on painting mode to get geared up for the escalation league so I am hopeing for lots of fast updates for my orc army. this guy got his 3 basic colors there is a long way to go but i planed on doing this for all the guys i need then stepping  them up from there until i am happy with them.
