this game was played the same night as my last report so it will also be lacking in details but i will do my best to recount This adventure. This was after I moved up on turn one
after taking the picture of the table on turn one I apparently skipped most of the game but the one widow maker is behind his group because I actually went for my feat and froze him in place due to not being careful enough with my facing with sorscha my juggernaut was also frozen .
this is where my Juggernaut got smashed the only thing left was his legs system wise. making him really kind of useless. So don't expect much out of him for the rest of the game.
To save my caster i felt i had to remove the slayer helljack so my destroyer walked in combat and crippled him up a bit but it left my caster open to the little death jack again this time he got less lucky and only wounded her.
my Juggernaut went down and sorscha knocked the head off of the deathjack I think
the slayer died to the destroyer and i tryed to shoot his caster with the widow makers doing a little damage in the process
Ah the last turn I tryed to go big and dodge around and kill his caster the destroyer got away with out further damage then it all ready had the widow makers missed there shots but i still had my trump card sorscha her self all she had to do was walk out of combat with two little chicken jacks with little melee power between them now that the one had its head cut off and the other was a ranged damage type. She was focus stacked so she had exter armor from that and was going to have the chance to shoot her gun and fire off her power 12 ranged attack spell 3 times there was a great chance that i could kill his caster. Sadly it was not to be the melee warjack missed but the ranged one landed his free attack and killed her. so i am now down 2 games to 1 with thewarhost. But i am sure we will get more games in soon and I will have a chance at revenge.

Warmachine battle report Khador VS. Cryx
Ok right off the bat i am going to ask forgiveness. I did not get around the writing this report until a week after the game and there were 2 of them played that night so both of these reports will be short and to the point or at least that is my excuse for not adding all the details that most people like.
Any way the shot above is out set up it is the same 15 point battle as the first game (actually now that i look at it I seem to have missed the set up this is after the cryx first turn and all his warjacks have run at my lines. the first turn is all about posturing and right now i am feeling good about this one.
I was feeling good about this turn because i had the chance to keep my blockers up where they needed to be and i thought i was totally safe in fact i decided to go for the gusto and attempt to snipe his spell shade with my widow makers. If it works he wont get his free spell for the rest of the game when fighting the Cryx it is a real pain to deal with the 3 clouds they can put down that block line of sight if i could cut him down to 2 it would be a huge advantage. But i should have shot the little death jack that was closer to me. I greatly underestimated them in this game due to shooting there heads off in the first one before they hit me.
looks like we are time skipping forward as you can see my widow makers payed dearly for ignoring the deathjack and worst of all they could not knock out the damn spell shade he had one box left for the rest of the game.
on this round he decided to go aggressive and charged my heavy warjacks. I thought my luck turned around when his warcaster only all most killed my destroyer BUT the two systems left where my executioner ax in the right arm and the cortex. This meant that I could give the warjack focus and attack more and hit harder. A fully loaded Khador warjack can kill a warcaster in one turn. but not today sadly I did some damage but he was not dead.
last turn my poor lady sorscha got killed by that damn deathjack that my widow makers passed up there shots at on turn one.. lesson learned and this brought my games with thewarhost to one win one loss.

Warmachine battle report Khador VS. Cryx
So i got the chance to play my first game of Warmachine finally. I played agenst my brother in laws cryx. The picture above this is our army's before deployment I thought it was nice seeing them all together in one place the only thing not 100% painted is his skarlock bet Evan that has some base coat on it. the game was 15 points so lets get to it shale we.
I forgot to take a picture of our deployment but this is after his turn one advance and run movement you can just barely see sorscha just behind my juggernaut.
i ran my juggernaut forward and followed with my caster walking up 6 the destroyer advanced 4 and fired the cannon to no effect. at the same time the widow makers moved up and found there mark on the 2 little jacks right in front of them crippling the slime sprayer on the left most one and getting close to shooting the head off of the one just to its right
same turn different angle. sorrey i am going to need some time to get better ar shooting these with learning the game and trying to document it at the same time
I seem to have missed the last turn but that mostly was him denighing me charges with his gas clouds and me shooting the head off of the 2ed jack advancing on the widow makers. this turn i missed the shots i had on the little jacks with the widow makers and charged with the juggernaut. witch promptly missed most of its attacks due to not haveing the focus allocated to it it would need. but it still took the head off of the death ripper.
Then the tide starts turning and the cryx do there first damage the slayer charges my juggernaut and pounds it for massive damage and the death ripper adds in for even more leaving it with only 5 boxes left but it still had an open fist so that was something to strike back with in my turn. in return damage I hit the slayer hard crippling one arm and the head I tried to shoot the slayer with my destroyer and scattered off on to his caster but doing no damage . the widow makers also starting missing there shots badly.
This turn the widow makers started to go down to the death ripper and the slayer killed my juggernaut the 3 green spell markers are all the center of 3in aoe gas clouds so i did not have much in the way of line of sight on his caster.
I chose to hide my Sorscha behind my jack to keep from getting assassinated by his focus charged up caster. but that left her open to the almost dead slayer i believe he had 5 or 6 boxes left but still had the one damn claw and it took her down to 5 points from 17 but could not finish the job. his caster also charged my destroyer and busted it up rather well. but left its ax to strike back in my turn. doing alot of damage to his lord he only had 6 boxes left after the ax fell sorscha also finished off the slayer in my turn
same turn again this part my was half tho so i suppose i will have to shoot one for each half of the turn next time..
the last turn i forgot to shoot for the first half but his caster killed my destroyer and he tried to kill me with his little jack but missed one or maby 2 attacks and failed to damage on the last. I then walked out of combat with his little jack and into his caster he missed the free attack and i had a full pile of focus to blast his remaining health so it looked like and easy kill finally. But no it still came down to the last attack being boosted to take the last of his health away.
So the final out come victory by caster kill for Khador!
We are supposed to play agaion some time this week so i am going to try to keep documenting these games they are a blast to play and the game could have gone both ways on on several different times. Lets just hope I take enough pictures next time.
